Le Joyau d’Olive is an initiative aiming at reintroducing natural cosmetics into our cities. Our goal is to revive the ancestral craft of soapmaking; the same craft that has been around for 4000 years. We work with artisans who have inherited the trade from generation to generation. We learn from their expertise and get together to produce the finest of soaps. With our people, we have created a luxury soap that is the only soap on the market that is cold-saponified, twice-milled, cured over 5 months, and made of the finest virgin olive and essential oils; we haven’t reinvented the wheel, we just followed our ancestral recipe down to its closest details. Our exquisite line of bath bars includes exfoliating and softening soaps, moisturizing and antioxidizing bars that rejuvenate skin and hair. From our 1804 workshop in southern Lebanon, we manually produce every single soap. Our products are biodegradable, sustainable, and packed in recycled paper and cardboard. Our processes generate no waste, make no use of fossil fuels, and our offices are 100% solar powered. Throughout the last year, we grew in awareness, more and more people are wanting to make better choices, fewer synthetics, and eco-friendly selections. Le Joyau d’Olive is that change.
