Trade Terms:

- Orders are processed on an EXW basis by default.
FOB terms may be available depending on order volume.
Please contact us before placing an order to confirm applicable trade terms.

- Shipping is not provided by the seller and must be arranged by the buyer.
However, we are able to guide the buyer on how to ship goods.

Shipping Process and Fees:

The shipping process will proceed only after full payment has been confirmed on our end.
Due to system limitations, accurate shipping costs cannot be automatically calculated and are not included in the listing price.

- If the buyer is able to ship for themselves:
Please proceed with the purchase, and once payment is confirmed, we will start packing the goods for shipment.

- If the buyer needs assitancce:
We are able to provide estimated costs based on the buyer’s address and desired order volume.

Once the total payment amount, including product and logistics costs, is confirmed, we will proceed with shipment.

 

Pricing & Order Quantity:

Flexible pricing is available depending on order quantity.

Return/Refunds:

- Returns are accepted only in cases where there is clear evidence of seller error (e.g. incorrect item shipped),
with proof of receipts and/or photos. The product must remain sealed and unused.

- We are not responsible for any damages that happen during shipping, as shipping is arranged by the buyer.
Please contact the shipping company directly regarding the damage.

- Used, opened, or unwanted products can not be returned.

- All products are checked before shipment. However, reactions or sensitivities vary from person to person.
Returns based on personal reactions or irritations are not accepted.

- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If no return request or inquiry is received within this period, the supply under the order shall be deemed completed.
If a return request is submitted but no response is received from the buyer, the supply under the order shall also be deemed completed.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
