   Take the Nabota 100U vial out of the refrigerator and inspect it. You should see a small amount of white or light-yellow powder.

4. Using a sterile syringe, draw the desired amount of 0.9% Sodium Chloride based on the dilution you want (see table below).

5. Slowly inject the saline into the Nabota vial.

6. Gently swirl the vial (DO NOT shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.

7. After reconstitution, store the vial in the refrigerator (2–8°C / 35.6–46.4°F) and use it within 24 hours. Studies suggest it may remain stable up to 5 weeks if kept refrigerated properly.Recommended Dilution:100 Units of Nabota + 2.5 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride = 4 Units per 0.1 mL
