Indications and Effects

For adults aged 20 to 65 years, targeting the corrugator muscle.

Dosage and Administration

• Glabellar lines: Using a 30-gauge needle, inject 0.1 mL into two sites of each corrugator muscle and one site of the procerus muscle, totaling five injection points and 20U.To reduce the complication of eyelid ptosis, avoid injections near the le
• vator palpebrae superioris muscle, especially in patients with prominent eyebrow depressor muscles.
• When injecting the inner corrugator and central eyebrow, ensure the injection site is at least 1 cm above the superior orbital rim.
• Care must be taken not to inject into blood vessels, and to prevent diffusion below the orbital margin, place the thumb or index finger firmly under the orbital rim before injection.
• During injection, the needle should be directed upward and medially, and the injection volume must be accurate.
• The corrugator muscle and orbicularis oculi muscle move the central forehead and create glabellar lines.
• The procerus muscle and depressor supercilii muscle pull the forehead downward.
• These muscles contribute to frowning or glabellar wrinkles.
• Since the location, size, and usage of muscles vary by individual, the effective dose should be determined by observing the patient's ability to activate the injected surface muscles.
• The therapeutic effect of this product for glabellar lines lasts about 3–4 months.
• The safety and efficacy of frequent administration have not been clinically evaluated and are not recommended.
• Generally, the first administration induces chemical denervation of the injected muscles within 1–2 days, with increasing intensity during the first week.
