With years of experience working in the professional beauty industry, I found that there was something missing when it came to non-toxic options in hair care. After purchasing a new, popular high-end shampoo and conditioner set from my local salon, I had a terrible skin reaction! It was so terrible that I had to cancel my appearance at an event. I decided to take a closer look at the ingredients on the bottle, and I was shocked to find that  the ingredients list consisted of heavy detergents, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and more harmful ingredients that were known to be irritants and carcinogens.
