Meiyuan Brush (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Jin Dongcheng, an entrepreneur of Chinese Korean ethnicity. His inherent diligence and commitment to integrity shaped our brand’s founding values.

After years working deep in makeup brush production, Mr. Jin recognized critical industry pain points: most factories cut corners to save costs, and nearly none could produce complex custom brush profiles, leaving overseas brands stuck with unstable quality and unworkable custom designs.

He launched our first production base in 1998, formally registered the company in 2002, and later rebranded as Meiyuan Brush (Dalian). Rooted in Dalian’s foreign trade hub, we adopted our core tenet: Integrity First, Quality Foremost. For over 26 years, Mr. Jin oversaw every production stage in the workshop — bristle selection, shaping, ferrule assembly, handle finishing and final inspection — never allowing compromised craftsmanship.
