Oilpulling is a folk remedy passed down through the ancient scriptures of India, Ayurveda.

It is known to help remove bacteria in the mouth by grinding the mouth with oil for 15~20 minutes, and to preserve the sense of smell and taste that degenerates as you age.

[How to use]

1. We recommend to use mouthwash twice a day

2. Wash your mouth with 10ml of mouthwash for 1minute and spit it out.
