[WHY WE ARE FOCUSED ON SHINAN SALT]

The sea salt in Shinan, which accounts for about 70% of Koreas production of natural sea salt, is produced in the mudflats on the west coast of Korea, one ot the worlds top five mudflats, and is called a luxury salt containing a lot of minerals, iron, and clacium. Furthermore, it is known that the Shinan salt has twice as much minerals as Frence Gerald salt.
