Usage: 

With a clean vulva, lie down, remove the protective cap of the pre-filled applicator and gently insert it in the vagina, squeeze it and take it out after the gel is delivered.  Keep hips raised up for 5 to 10 minutes for fully absorption. For best results use one applicator before bed for 10 straight days, or one every other day. Repeat as needed it.
