NABOTA 100U is a Botulinum toxin injectable designed to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and fine lines.

Indications & Effects

• Improvement of glabellar lines (frown lines)

• Treatment of upper limb spasticity

• Reduction of lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet)

• Treatment of benign essential blepharospasm

• Reduction of masseter muscle hypertrophy

Dosage & Administration Summary

• Glabellar lines: Dilute 100U in 2.5mL; inject total 20U across 5 sites (0.1mL each)

• Spasticity: Dose varies by muscle (e.g., biceps brachii 100–200U)

• Crow’s feet: Inject 24U across 6 sites (0.1mL each, both sides)

• Blepharospasm: Initial dose 2.5U per site, total not exceeding 50U

• Masseter hypertrophy: Inject 48U across 6 sites (0.2mL each, both sides)

Dilution Guidelines

• Diluent: 0.9% preservative-free sterile saline

• Dilution examples:

• 1.0mL → 10U/0.1mL

• 2.5mL → 4U/0.1mL

• 4.0mL → 2.5U/0.1mL

Precautions: Use within 24 hours after dilution, store refrigerated (2–8℃), single vial per patient only
