Each vial contains

• Active ingredient: Clostridium botulinum toxin type A 100 units(U) (Korean Minimum Requirement for Biopharmaceutical Product)
• Stabilizer: Human serum albumin 0.5mg (Korean Minimum Requirement forBiopharmaceutical Product)
• Isotonic agent: Sodium chloride (USP) 0.9mg

* One unit(U) of NABOTA corresponds to the calculated median intraperitoneal lethal dose (LD50) in mice.

It appears as a white to yellowish, vacuum-dried powder for injection in a colorless and transparent vial. It should become colorless transparent liquid when dissolved in thediluent (physiological saline solution).

NABOTA was developed with 30 years of experience in biotechnology. NABOTA ensures the quality of international standards via its own patented purificationprocess(Patent registration KR 10-1339349 in 2013)

Dilute to 100 U / 2.5 mL (4 U / 0.1 mL) with a 0.9% non-preservative sterile saline solution. Inject 0.1 mL, using a 30-gauge injection needle, in two parts of the corrugator muscles of each eyebrow and one part in procerus muscle, resulting in total of 5 parts, to inject 20 units total.
