kreamd Sun Cleansing Pad for Mom & Me is a gentle cleansing pad designed to remove sunscreen residue—especially mineral (inorganic) UV filters that tend to remain on the skin. Baby sunscreens are commonly formulated with silicone- or oil-based systems, and mineral UV blockers are not water-soluble, so a film-like layer can remain even after washing with water. This product is developed to wipe away that residual film safely and cleanly, and can be used as a water-free first cleanse for daily outings and travel.

Why sunscreen residue can remain on baby skin

Baby sunscreens are often silicone- or oil-based, and many mineral UV blockers do not dissolve in water. Because of this, a residual film layer may remain on the skin after basic washing.
