Use when fixinf rod on eyes and eyelashes on rods. It is a perm glue with excellent adhesion and safe ingfredients. optmiized for eyelash perm. 

[HOW TO USE]

Apply Eldaom perm glue to the bottom surface of rod and dry 10-20 seconds before attaching to eye.

Apply small amount of perm glue to enclosed ELDAOM silicon perm stick. 

Brush eyelash upward and fix onto fix onto the top surface of rod.
