Ingredient: ① Centella Asiatica extract (= 100%)
The Centella Asiatica grows in very wet areas in Madagascar (= country that is an island in the Indian Ocean off the southeast coast of Africa) and mainly contains 2 glycosides (= substance formed from a simple sugar and another compound by the replacement of a hydroxyl group in the sugar molecule) named as Asiaticoside, Madecassoside and 2 aglycones (= non-sugar component of a glycoside that results from the hydrolysis of the glycoside) called Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid. Asiatic acid is very active in healing wounds and Asiaticoside can stimulate protein concerned with the growth of tissues. Madecassoside is a major triterpene (= group of terpenes found in sticky substances that come from the stems of some plants, having unsaturated molecules) that helps new cells to gradually grow.
