Dear Suppliers,
We are launching 3R COSMETICS and seeking an OEM/ODM beauty manufacturer for a cost-effective turnkey project: packaging components, formulation/filling, and custom gift boxes for 4 Lip Gloss Duo Sets. We are looking for competitive pricing and standard cost-saving materials (metallized plastics).

2. Cost-Effective Packaging Specifications
Custom Cap (Panther Design):
Sculpted panther/puma head design with embedded rhinestone crystal eyes.
Material: Injection-molded Plastic (ABS / PP) with metallic gold electroplating (UV vacuum metallization) for an affordable, high-shine finish.
Please suggest existing public molds if available, or low-cost tooling options.
Bottle & Applicator:
Material: Standard clear PETG / AS plastic bottle (economical alternative to heavy glass).
Gold foil / silkscreen logo printing (3R COSMETICS).
Standard doe-foot applicator.
Box Packaging:
Folding cardboard or rigid paper box (matte black finish).
Molded black blister/PET tray or EVA insert for cost optimization.
Gold hot-stamping on front.
3. Formulas & Scented Shades (OEM/ODM)
Texture: Non-sticky, hydrating, high-shine gloss formula.
4 Shades:
Set 01 (RAW NUDE): Warm Amber Nude + Shimmer / Clear Lip Oil (Vanilla-Caramel scent).
Set 02 (XOXO): Soft Petal Pink + Shimmer / Clear Lip Oil (Berry scent).
Set 03 (ROYAL COCOA): Rich Chocolate Brown / Clear Lip Oil (Cocoa scent).
Set 04 (NIGHT PROWLER): Deep Black Cherry / Clear Lip Oil (Dark Cherry scent).
Compliance: Standard safety testing and export compliance (ISO 22716 / GMPC, MSDS, COA).
