Purchase requirement for Kids' mineral sun stick and lip balm stick

We are developing two solid stick products for our second range and would like a quotation:

1. Mineral sun stick, SPF 50, broad spectrum (UVA/UVB), for children's face — 15g
2. Moisturizing lip balm stick — approx. 5g

Formula requirements (both products):
- Mineral (zinc oxide / titanium dioxide) UV filters only for the sun stick
- Fragrance-free and flavor-free
- No parabens, alcohol denat., mineral oil, PEG, synthetic colorants or fragrance allergens
- No porcine-derived ingredients (Halal certification preferred)
- Heat stable: must not melt or deform at 45–50°C (Gulf climate)

Please answer the following:
1. Do you have an existing children's mineral sun stick formula with stability data and SPF/UVA test reports (ISO 24444 / ISO 24443)? We prefer an existing, unmodified formula.
2. Do you have an existing lip balm stick formula suitable for children?
3. Can you fill into packaging we supply (oval twist-up tubes from our packaging supplier)?
4. MOQ and unit price at 3,000 and 5,000 units per SKU.
5. Sample cost and lead time; production lead time.
6. Can you provide the documents needed for SFDA registration in Mira House's name (CoA, INCI, GMP/ISO 22716, facility details)?
7. Can you offer formula exclusivity for the GCC?
