Looking for a Reliable Supplier

We are developing our first collection, which includes handcrafted soaps and a hand cream, and we are looking for a reliable manufacturing partner. Could you please help us with the following:

Pricing and volumes
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product and per variant
- A quotation, including any price breaks at higher volumes
- Standard production lead times for first and repeat orders
Delivery
- Whether delivery or shipping is included in your pricing, and if not, your delivery charges and options within the UAE
Branding
- Your OEM / private-label options, including production under the MISKAL brand as well as under our clients' own branding
- Any minimums, setup fees, or artwork requirements for custom labels and packaging
Contracting
- Your contracting requirements (documents, deposits, payment terms)
- The typical time from contract signing to the start of production
Production scheduling
- How production slots are scheduled
- Any advance booking requirements, and how far ahead we should reserve capacity for larger or seasonal orders

Separately, we would like to know whether you offer custom fragrance development or blending. We do not need to decide this now, but it would help us plan future collections.
