Custom Private Label 16 Colors Lip Liner Pencil

Hey, my name is Nadia Fulks and Im looking to place a wholesale order. Ive recently started a new cosmetics line and we focus on lip accessories. Id like a custom order of colors preferably lip like colors; dark brows, dark nudes and variations of red.I have further inquiries concerning the customization of the pencil and its packaging and would like to speak directly pertaining to the guidelines once Ive reviewed the actual pencils form.
