30g 100g 200ml slant shoulder cosmetic containers and packaging cosmetic glass cream jar

I've just come across your beautiful jars in great sizes. We are a start up skin care company and currently looking at some amber glass jars for our products.
1.Can we have samples of the amber glass jars in 30ml, 100ml and 200ml sent to the UK please?
2.Can they come with gold lacquered aluminium lids?
3.How long will they take to arrive?
4.How much will it cost for the sample?
5.Have you got the frosted versions of these jars?
As a start up in skin care, we will be testing the market with a limited amount of products hence our initial order may be a bit low. After this, we will then place subsequent large orders.
